PrivyHealth is operated by Kevin Robert Lake, trading as PrivyHealth. When you create an account or buy a subscription you are entering into an agreement with Kevin Robert Lake, and "we", "us" and "our" in these terms mean Kevin Robert Lake.

By creating an account, buying a plan, or continuing to use PrivyHealth you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please stop using the service. You must be at least 16 years old, and if you are using PrivyHealth on behalf of an organisation you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it.

You need an account to log meals, workouts, and body metrics. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter.

You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account, and you confirm your age when you sign up. PrivyHealth is not designed for children, and we delete accounts we learn belong to anyone under 16.

You may sign in with email and password, Google, or Apple. You can delete your account at any time from your profile; deletion follows the retention rules for your plan described in the Privacy Center.

PrivyHealth is a general wellness tool. Calorie, macro, ingredient, swap, and coach outputs are estimates generated by AI from the photos and details you provide, and they can be incomplete or wrong.

Nothing in the app is a diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional. Always check with a professional before changing your diet, training, or medication — especially if you are pregnant, managing a medical condition, or have a history of disordered eating.

Whoop recovery, sleep, and strain figures are supplied by Whoop for your own reference and are not clinical measurements.

Premium: your photos, meals, workouts, body metrics, and coach conversations are confidential to your account. They are not packaged, sold, or shared for third-party insights.

Free: the same wellness data may be anonymised — labelled with an anonymous identifier rather than your name or email — and packaged for third-party insights. Free also shows affiliate product picks, which are marked as paid partner placements.

Your name, email, food photos, and coach messages are never included in packaged data on either plan. The Privacy Center explains retention periods and your access, export, and deletion rights.

Premium costs $25 per month or $250 per year. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for.

Optional one-off packs — such as extra coach turns or alternative meal credits — are consumable credits added to your account after payment and are not part of a subscription.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle.com Market Limited handles checkout, invoicing, local tax, subscription management, cancellations, and refunds on our behalf, and appears on your bank statement. Payment, billing, and cancellation mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Kevin Robert Lake owns PrivyHealth and everything in it — the software, AI prompts and pipelines, database design, screen designs, written content, the PrivyHealth name and logo, and all related intellectual property rights. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that to you.

Your plan gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use PrivyHealth for your own personal wellness tracking, within the limits of the plan you bought. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, scrape, or work around technical limits in the service, or use it to build a competing product.

You keep ownership of what you put in — your photos, notes, meals, workouts, and metrics. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to run the service for you (including sending photos to our AI providers for analysis), and, on the Free plan, to produce the anonymised aggregate data described above. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload.

Don't upload content you don't have the right to share, attempt to access other people's data, resell or scrape the service, or use it to provide medical services to others.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where it's reasonable to do so we'll warn you first and give you a chance to export your data.

The service is provided as-is. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, or the accuracy of AI estimates, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties such as merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
